POLICY:
You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. Final Sale items are non – returnable and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. All monogrammed or personalized items are final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Harp reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at harp’s sole discretion.

INSTRUCTIONS:

to receive a postage-paid return label. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, and affix the label to your package. You may also print a copy of the return form below. Returns without our harp return form enclosed will be refused.

REFUNDS:
Returns to harp.com are processed within 5-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
IN-STORE RETURNS : You may also return or exchange your online purchase at no charge in any of our harp Stores. The original packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at department stores or other wholesale distributors.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@shopharp.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
