SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
HARP is proud to offer free ground shipping & returns on all domestic orders.

For security reasons, HARP online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, which are not available through FedEx or UPS or LOCAL COURIERS.

All purchases are shipped via Fedex or UPS. You may request Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air during the check-out process. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two to four business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, two day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless you choose Saturday delivery. HARP cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

In-Store Pickup is available free of charge. If you choose this option upon checkout you will receive notification if the item is available immediately at the store. If it is not, it will be shipped from the warehouse to the store and will be available within 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shopharp.com ships internationally provided that UPS / FEDEX / DHL ships to your destination. Two options are available at checkout, Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited.

All applicable duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient, and will be billed by the delivering carrier.
