Authentic harp products are available in our harp stores , resellers , retailers , boutiques, harp outlet stores, and online at www.shopharp.com . You can also find our products in select authorized department stores and specialty stores. To find official stores near you, visit www.shopharp.com/stores. Our company does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, street vendors, flea markets, unauthorized retail locations, Internet auctions, or at house parties. If you buy an alleged Harp product through an unauthorized dealer, you could be purchasing a counterfeit.
Counterfeiting is illegal. Counterfeiters unfairly profit at the expense of legitimate business owners and harm the economy through lost revenues, jobs, and taxes. According to the International Chamber of Commerce, counterfeiting accounts for 5-7% of world trade, worth an estimated $600 billion a year. Counterfeit merchandise also deprives you of the assured high quality standards embodied in the Harp brand. Counterfeit products do not undergo our inspection or testing processes. In addition, counterfeiters may not adhere to safety, health, or wage regulations, such as anti-sweatshop and child labor laws. Counterfeiters have also been linked to identity theft and organized crime. Consequently, when you purchase a counterfeit product, not only are you likely to receive a poor quality product, but you are likely supporting illegal activity.
We have developed a comprehensive program to combat the unauthorized production and sale of our merchandise. We participate in numerous enforcement efforts throughout the world, including cooperation with customs authorities and law enforcement agencies to stop the shipment of counterfeit goods, criminal and civil legal actions against counterfeiters, and the takedown of counterfeit websites, fraudulent online auction listings, and unauthorized sponsored links. In the past year, we’ve disabled more than multiple websites selling counterfeit merchandise and worked with law enforcement worldwide to seize nearly half a million counterfeit harp items.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

For deliveries to europe and asia and united states expect three to seven days of shipping time plus some days for extra time for customs clearance ,; the shipping cost is determined at checkout and will vary based upon freight fees. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center
Harp ships to the entire 29 states of india free of cost. how ever international shipping comes at a price , Shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based upon the shipping address provided. we may choose various shipping companies from time to time.
We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements detailed on shopharp.com . All purchases from shopharp.com are made in accordance with the terms and conditions found on the website. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you will assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
You will receive an order-confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system (this may take up to 24 hours ). Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package.

When we have special offers that can be applied to your order, we provide promotional codes in our marketing emails. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Shopping Bag page and hit the “Checkout” button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line-item basis..
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the event that we have to cancel your order because merchandise you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.
All our prices inclusive of Vat / sales tax unless otherwise mentioned at the check out page. we are based out of new delhi , standard Delhi sales tax/ vat will be charged in accordance to the local laws.

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Harp will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the india. Harp customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Harp is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

care , warranty & Others

We recommend using wet cloth or dry cleaning the product hanging to air dry. We do not recommend using the washing machine.
If a product is not found on our website, it is most likely out of stock. However, it may still be available at your local harp retailers. Please submit a request and a customer service agent will respond to you shortly info@shopharp.com

How do I file a warranty claim?


If you are located in india, photographs of the defect are required. Once the photos of the defect are inspected and the warranty claim has been approved, we will issue the consumer a discount code to our online store for the corresponding monetary value of the item. The value of the discount code will be equivalent to the MSRP (manufacture suggested retail price). The discount code will only be valid for a single use and will expire one year from the date of issue.


Online purchases made directly through the Harp online store are eligible for a refund if requested. Items purchased from authorized dealers are only eligible for product replacement through the respective information on warranty card..

Bags & Accessories


Harp offers a limited six months warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.


Harp will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.


The limited six months warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from authorized Harp retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product. Modification include but are not limited to embroidery or iron on patches.


When filing a warranty claim directly through Harp, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect.
*Bags and Accessories includes: backpacks, duffles, luggage, messengers, totes, hip-packs, travel accessories, wallets and pouches, computer and iPad sleeves.

Return Policies

Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. 


Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for HARP Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned.


Please note the following exceptions:


● Exchanges are not offered on international orders.
● Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders.

Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All items purchased through Facebook Sale Events are final sale.


We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed or used. All tags must be attached. product returns must be in the original condition – HARP DOES NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE THAT IS USED OR WORN.
Merchandise that is eligible for returns may be returned free of charge.


Any merchandise purchased in the outlet stores is returnable only to the outlet stores. Outlet merchandise will not be acceptable for return in the full price retail stores.

Please note, we do not accept returns on sample-sale merchandise. All sales are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, HARP reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from within the use.
