We do not accept JCB, checks, or money orders.
We accept most credit cards with an international billing address. Please refer to International shipping for the list of countries we ship to.
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Harp will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the india. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact harp customer care email email@example.com or at +91 11 22140740 between 9 AM and 12 AM , six days a week , Unfortunately on sundays we are closed.
Harp customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Harp is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

How do I file a warranty claim?
If you are located in india, photographs of the defect are required. Once the photos of the defect are inspected and the warranty claim has been approved, we will issue the consumer a discount code to our online store for the corresponding monetary value of the item. The value of the discount code will be equivalent to the MSRP (manufacture suggested retail price). The discount code will only be valid for a single use and will expire one year from the date of issue.
Online purchases made directly through the Harp online store are eligible for a refund if requested. Items purchased from authorized dealers are only eligible for product replacement through the respective information on warranty card..
Bags & Accessories
Harp offers a limited six months warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.
Harp will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.
The limited six months warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from authorized Harp retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product. Modification include but are not limited to embroidery or iron on patches.
When filing a warranty claim directly through Harp, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect.
*Bags and Accessories includes: backpacks, duffles, luggage, messengers, totes, hip-packs, travel accessories, wallets and pouches, computer and iPad sleeves.

I would like to sell Harp products. Who should I contact?
In order for us to direct you to the sales representative in your territory, please provide us with the name and location of your store, pictures of your shop and other brands you carry on our contact form. Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for HARP Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned.
Please note the following exceptions:
● Exchanges are not offered on international orders.
● Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders.
Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All items purchased through Facebook Sale Events are final sale.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed or used. All tags must be attached. product returns must be in the original condition – HARP DOES NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE THAT IS USED OR WORN.
Merchandise that is eligible for returns may be returned free of charge.
Any merchandise purchased in the outlet stores is returnable only to the outlet stores. Outlet merchandise will not be acceptable for return in the full price retail stores.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sample-sale merchandise. All sales are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, HARP reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from within the use.
